A prepayment of 100% of the room rate is required to guarantee your reservation. Cancellation policy and prepayment refund: If you cancel your reservation more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled arrival date, the payment will be refunded in full, minus 10% of the non - cash payment amount to your current account (card) in UAH. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 calendar days in advance, the hotel will not refund the prepayment, but this amount can be used as a deposit for other bookings.
